Jeffrey is a multidisciplinary processed based artist compelled to create objects with marginalized and discarded materials imbued with greater meaning. His development as an artist has followed the same path as his ongoing quest to coherently embrace his definition of self. He was born in the Philippines and lives in College Park, GA.
